Amir S. Sarreshtehdary

Amir received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine, in Criminology, Law & Society, cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa Society.

He went on to obtain his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and then earned his LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation Law from Golden Gate University, with Honors.

Prior to starting his own practice, Amir headed the Estate Planning Department at a large, toxic tort law firm for over 10 years. For multiple years he was the Co-Chair of the Marin County Bar Association’s Probate and Estate Planning Section. He has also served as a consultant to the CEB’s (Continuing Education of the Bar) reference guide: California Power of Attorney and Health Care Directives.

Since 2014, he has enjoyed teaching as an Adjunct Professor in the LL.M. in Taxation and LL.M. in Estate Planning Programs at Golden Gate University. He also sits on the Planned Giving Advocacy Committee at his alma mater, St. Ignatius College Preparatory, as well as the Advancement Committee at San Domenico School.

During his spare time, he discovers new places to eat around the Bay Area, hiking the many trails abound in Marin County, incessantly following his favorite band (Pearl Jam), and needless to say, having fun with his wife and daughter.

Multiple locations throughout the Bay Area
